Website and marketing work with EQUIP Leadership
John Maxwell’s EQUIP Leadership
Helping people find a way to take part
EQUIP trains leaders around the world. I worked with its team to help more people find its programs, understand them and take part.
The work connected the website, writing and targeted marketing. Event materials also explained how taking part would support local leaders and their communities.
A website people and staff could use
Our work included writing, designing and building a website that works on phones, tablets and computers. We also gave staff a system for updating it.
The website needed to explain the programs clearly and give visitors ways to get involved. The staff needed to be able to keep that information useful after the website was built. Both needs were part of the project.

Reported results
Our website and targeted marketing work helped increase website traffic by 40% and annual participation by 25%. These are the project results I have reported for our work with EQUIP.
This was work with EQUIP’s team. The website, content and marketing supported the larger purpose of helping people understand the programs and participate.
When this kind of help is useful
A program can be valuable and still be difficult for a new visitor to understand. The website and the materials that bring people to it need to explain who the program serves, what it offers and how to take part.
We can look at that whole path together, then decide which writing, design, website or marketing work would make it clearer.
