I'm not here to give you a brand personality. I'm here to find the one you've been building for years and put it where people can see it.

Even when it's uncomfortable. You're paying for judgment, not agreement. Clear communication — including bad news — beats silence every time.

I have client relationships that span years and decades. That doesn't happen by accident. I'd rather protect the relationship than protect the retainer.

I'll put it to work where it makes you faster and more consistent. The moment your marketing could've come from anyone, I've failed.

A well-chosen word. A detail that lands. An email that feels like a person wrote it. These aren't vanity — they're signals that tell your audience whether you give a damn.
